Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

0,01€ to 6,89€=1,99€

6,90€ to 13,4€=3,75€

13,41€ to 39,99€=4,99€

from 40,00€=0,00€ (free shipping)

and chooseparcel shipping via DHL with shipment tracking:

0,01€ up to 39,99€=4,99€

from 40,00€=0,00€ (free shipping)

Please make sure that you select the desired shipping method before finalising your order. A subsequent change is not possible.

If there is an item from the category candles, toilet paper, table decoration sets, napkin holders or table runners in the shopping basket, the order will generally be sent as a parcel shipment of €4.99.

From an order value of €40.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad within the EU

We calculate the shipping costs abroad within the EU according to the order value (gross value of goods):

0,01 to 8,5€=3,99€

9,01 to 18,00€=7,5€

18,01 to 40,00€=12,50€

40,01€ - 119,99€=16,50€

From 120,00€=0,00€ (free shipping)

Additional charges may apply for deliveries abroad (e.g. customs duties).

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 15 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
